Sue is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has 16 years’ proven HR experience gained across the private and public sectors. She gained a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2003.
Sue is a skilled communicator and is adept at delivering strategies to progress and resolve people management issues.
Sue provides high quality, personal human resources advice and support to sectors including: education, accountancy, IT, construction, flooring, dentistry, cleaning services, retail and electronics. Sue is an accredited Safer Recruitment trainer having successfully trained over 400 individuals in schools and private businesses.
A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 2005, Carolyn qualified from Anglia University in Business and Finance, with a specialism in Human Resource Management.
Carolyn has over 20 years’ proven HR experience gained predominantly in the public sector, including education, charitable and housing sectors.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to SDC HR, and is known and respected for her calm, friendly and methodical approach to a wide range of HR and Employment Law challenges.
